Wordful Wednesday: Scarecrow Building

The perfect fall activity ... Family Scarecrow Building Party!

The hostess provided the bales of hay, safety pins, twine, and directions.

There were cups of hot chocolate and yummy treats, too.

We brought our own scarecrow apparel.

Let the building and good times begin!

The daddies were in charge of the construction.

The mommies handled the creative finishing touches.

The kiddos just ran around and ate cookies.

Our new "friend" came home with us.

He looks great on the front porch!

That looks like a lot of fun! We haven't done any scarecrow building. We've seen it at a few festivals but it's kinda expensive.

What fun! I actually came across a pair of corduroy overalls today and thought they would be good for making a scarecrow. Love the name of your blog too- This is how I feel daily with a 3 year old and 2 month old. :o)
