Every blade of grass has its angel that bends over it
and whispers, “Grow, grow.”
~ the Talmud
This quote made its way to my inbox yesterday - at the height of my anxiety over the thought of another ultrasound - from a good friend and fellow blogger, Not Just a Mom. Along with the quote, she sent this message ...
If every blade of grass has it's own angel, just imagine how many BGV has! I know it's scary to not know what's happening with your baby and wish this pregnancy was easier for you, but just wanted to pass on that bit of encouragement. I hope your appointment tomorrow goes well and we'll be thinking of you guys. If there's anything we can do to help, please just let us know!
... it brought me a lot of peace and gave me a beautiful image of tiny angels encouraging her growth and BGV thriving in the sunlight of much love.
Thanks, M!

Awwww, what a sweetheart! And GREAT quote!
What a wonderful quote and she is right....BGV has so many "angels" out there praying for her growth and wishing for her to have a safe and healthy arrival! It is so hard to feel so helpless but please know that you are doing nothing wrong. You are doing everything in your power to make sure that she is being monitored and getting the best care possible. I know it is impossible to relax and stay calm when it comes to the well being of someone we love (even if we haven't met them yet) but try to get some rest and continue to stay positive. Please try to stay away from Google....it can be a scary source of information (and misinformation). We are all here with you and can't wait to celebrate the healthy arrival of BGV!!! Hugs :)
That is such a great quote! I agree with Raising Z - you are doing the best you can do to make sure your little girl is getting the best.
That's a lovely quote! :) x
Beautiful. And peaceful, too.
Lots of love to you and BVG, I know it will all work out! xoxo
awww how sweet
My pleasure! I really do know what it's like to not know what's happening with a pregnancy and every bit of support and encouragement you get is good. You and your family aren't alone in this!
