Having company in town until Tuesday evening and looking at a busy week ahead, I am just not sure how this meal plan is going to pan out ... but here's what I am thinking ...
Monday - Homemade Lasagna, Salad, and Garlic Bread
Tuesday - Pizza Party
Wednesday - Jack's Ranch Chicken
I've been looking for a new chicken recipe, and this one includes bacon ... still craving bacon at this point in my pregnancy. Yummo!
Thursday - Brinner (Breakfast for Dinner)
Thinking pancakes, hash browns, bacon, and eggs. Thinking YUM!
Friday - Fuss-free Ravioli and Cheese Bake
Thanks to the Organizing Junkie, I am going to give this recipe a try ... just in time to load my husband up on carbs before he leaves for a Mt. Rainier summit attempt this weekend.
Saturday - Family Picnic
I've volunteered to bring a veggie tray, but there's suppose to be all kinds of goodies!

Here's my plan for the week:
Today: Enchillada caserole (made it last week, but stuck it in the freezer)
Tues: Kielbasa and rice (or fries if my husband wins out)
Wed: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri - Sun: Road Trip #2...Milwaukee here we come! :)

This week:
Mon-Tilapia Piccata (it was yummy!)
Tues-Smothered Pork Marsala. This is the first time I'm trying it and we're having guests over. Normally, I don't try something "new" with guests, but I'm feeling adventurous!
Wed-Pizza Provencal (made with goat cheese instead of mozzarella and italian bread instead of pizza crust)
Thurs-Creamed cheese and Biscuits
Fri-Out with the girls! The guys can order pizza!
Oops..that supposed to be Creamed Chicken and Biscuits--it's early!
OH EJ, I thought you were really into healthy eating over there...cream, cheese AND biscuts all in one meal! :)
